“Yin Yang” YOGA Event
Hosted by Nancy May and Danae Molitor
Nancy begins the class with Yin Yoga which is the longer held passive poses intended to stretch deep connective tissue and release tension in the body. Danae combines movement and strength with the Yang poses intended to energize and heat the body. Finish with a relaxing, cooling meditation (savasana). Yin Yang Yoga will balance, inspire and nurture you. Take time to treat yourself to Danae and Nancy’s complimentary yoga styles. Snack will be provided.
